Siendo extranjero, debe cumplir dos requisitos para adquirir un inmueble en Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n

Debe disponer del denominado NIE y debe ser titular de una cuenta en un banco espa\u00f1ol.<\/p>\n

NIE significa \u2018N\u00daMERO DE IDENTIFICACI\u00d3N DE EXTRANJERO\u2019 y el mismo es necesario para realizar actividades comerciales de cualquier tipo en Espa\u00f1a. Evidentemente, entre ellas se incluye la compra de un inmueble o de un veh\u00edculo y tambi\u00e9n el alta de la luz, el agua o el tel\u00e9fono.<\/p>\n

Gracias a esta colaboraci\u00f3n, usted podr\u00e1 abrir una cuenta de forma r\u00e1pida y sencilla desde su lugar de residencia.
